There were so many German cockroaches. Even while sleeping, cockroaches would crawl into my mouth — the hotel was extremely dirty. I had diarrhea for several days, so I’m never going back. Even after changing rooms, the cockroach problem was still severe.
The location is good— in between LRT Tayuman and Blumentritt stations. However, the room was not what I was expecting from the photos I’ve seen. Lights were too dimmed, the linens had this kind of smell that’s bad. It was just too dark. I can understand the room, but the staffs were worse. Very unapproachable. Simple— An ok room, bad service.
The room was cozy but pretty small especially on the width, very tight from bed to bathroom. In our room we only had one power outlet behind the TV, which made us go buy our own extension/plugs to charge our phones/cameras. Service was good though, as there's no elevator we got help with carry luggage to our rooms couple floors of stairs and they took care of our keys when leaving the hotel. The WiFi was good though…
It was a great experience, overall the internet is slow, you can hear people walking outside and the walls are thin, if you want to spend quick time and cuddle or rest, this is for you. But when u compare it to other 4 star review (as of this writing) hotels recommended by google, theres a huge disparity.
The staff's are polite including d guard,clean room,thermostat shower,you can charge,etc...I like their room design. I didnt had d chance 2 experience their netflix..you tube b'coz of d poor connection. Almost good 2 refer sna pra s mga friends o ka-kilala aside lang s room rate nila,medyo mataas kasi sya compared s room rating's ng iba.
The hotel is elegant with a good service. They are very accommodating to the customers witha good customer service. And the place are clean and comfortable.
Small clean room but not so functional comfort room. Maybe di lang kame sinwerte sa goods na cr. Staffs are not so approachable.
Great Price for this Hotel, Clean Rooms . good Airconditioning. Friendly Staffs . perfect for Couples and Family Overnight .
