The hotel was very dated. It was built in 1998 and I don't think they've done a refurbishment since they built it. The rooms are tired and the bathrooms are very small! However, the service is excellent! It's in a good location in IT Park. It's a 10-minute walk to all kinds of food places, ATMs and etc. The casino is in terrible condition. We felt relaxed and welcomed from the moment we arrived. It was a wonderful stay at Waterfront hotel. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The room that I was staying is very spacious compared to what I was expecting for a standard room but the bed needs to be replaced. It was very old and one of the stand is missing, good thing it did not broke when I was sleeping. They could have put shampoo, conditioner and body wash for bath amenities considering this is a 4-star hotel.
I had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel is perfectly located, with easy access to various restaurants and the mall, which was very convenient. Had a wonderful stay in this hotel. I commend all the staff from the front desk, the clinic, the lobby lounge staff. Their services are superb. The only minor concern is the air conditioning in my room and the lobby lounge. But, over-all stay is perfect and excellent. Thank you for making my stay comfortable and memorable.
