Location is great — super convenient. Service was just okay, had to follow up twice ‘cause they forgot to give us towels. Cleanliness? Meh. Saw some soap residue in the shower and a few tiny cockroaches in the room. It’s decent for the price considering the location, but if you’re a clean freak, this ain’t it.
Location was great. Wifi had issues and not available for the entirety of my floor. There was no water supply for i think 1 hr. Slow elevators coz of maintenance. Lacking in room service and baggage staff.

Been here 2019 and it wasn't this bad. Will never stay here again . Management just don't care about everything else other than money. The location is accessible and walking distance from SM North Edsa. There is a hot and cold shower. They also have a mini refrigerator. They have pent house too were you can have a drink and karaoke.
