Worst hotel ever!!! before I booked for my family, I chatted them that we should be in the same floor, they gave me instructions what type of rooms should I should book, and I did, also, included breakfast, take note of this this is IMPORTANT. When we arrived we are not in the same floor, frontdesk is saying they are fully booked and cannot do anything about it. we let that pass. The hallway smells like Solignum (te…

Not worth it. From the very beginning, when I opened the door, I already had difficulty, so I went back to the reception area to ask the clerk for help. When we returned to the room, even the clerk also struggled to open it, although she eventually managed to after several attempts. I even joked that maybe there was another room available because I might get trapped inside, but the clerk just smiled. I chose to stay…

Booked a room here to serve as a prepping room for my client's prenup shoot. But before that, I actually reached out to the hotlines posted online but NO ONE answered me. Annoying, right?? Terrible customer service. But we badly needed a place inside Intramuros so it would be easier for us to go to all the shooting locations. Upon checking in, 1st of all.. they DON'T HAVE PARKING AREA. 2nd, the building is so old an…

Just for curiosity, we tried to stay for 2 nights to experience sleeping in one of the oldest places in the Philippines. It's a hidden gem located just beside San Agustin Church (the oldest in the country and in Asia). The hotel is nice because it's in a compound that houses Barbara's and Casa Manila. Though old, all rooms are air conditioned, with TV and WiFi. Their rates are very affordable.

The room was very spacious, but i think its not really worth the price. I guess what made it worth going here is because it is at the heart of intramuros plus there are a lot of places to visit here. Another thing is that their staff were the most rude especially the front desk. There was a point that I was being shouted despite trying to just ask if I could extend a bit. Also, they gave me a room were wifi could no…
