THE WORST PLACE EVER. THE STAFF EVEN THE MANAGER WERE ALL DISREPECTFUL. IMAGINE, kausap mo sila, then bigla kang lalayasan ng wait as IF THEY ARE BUSY AND TOXIC. 2nd DOORS - LOCKS ARE NOT FUNCTIONING. WE HAVE WASTED 3HRS JUSTWAITING FOR THE DOOR TO BE OKAY. We stayed here overnight. The sheets had a fresh scent, and the room was clean and spacious. Overall, an okay stay.
This place has a LOT of potential to be a full blown activity-filled staycation destination, however there were a few things that kept it from realizing that potential. First off, the rooms are FANTASTIC. They were so spacious - the bigger rooms good for 4 or more had a separate toilet and bath and a mini bedroom inside the room itself for more privacy. We had a writing workshop here. The venue is conducive for this kind of activity - clean air and cool breeze clears the mind and brings about the ideal scenario for writing. There are facilities for team building here such as game areas and function rooms. The restaurant and bar is giving a relaxed feel as well The only downside are the rooms. I enjoyed the view of Mt. Makiling from the room. It was really nice to do sunrise watching and moon setting.. We stayed there last oct 30 to nov 2. The experience was what you payed for. The staff were nice and accommodating but my requests during my stay were not addressed as promised. For instance, i asked for a comb to which i was told they could provide but i was not given any.
