Staffs were not able to lock my room 24 since they couldn't find the missing key. So my things inside the room were not safe. In addition, they turned off the aircon on my 2nd day since they thought I only booked for only 1 day but the truth is, I booked for 2 days. Definitely not a great experience for new customers.
