The hotel did not disclose that they have a male entertainment bar within the building. The music and the partying was very loud up until 2 to 3 am. The hotel description says they have a pool but it was too dirty to be used. The pool area smelled like cat piss. No hotel parking. The receptionist was excellent and very understanding.
I booked our stay through AirBnb and the flowery description didn't match reality. We felt deceived in other words. The staff salvaged our stay from becoming a nightmare however. They upgraded us to one of the best rooms in the house although they still tacked on a few hundred pesos more. Would I return? No.
We had an overnight stay in the hotel and booked 2 rooms. The rooms are clean. The room I stayed in had a fridge, a safe, cable TV and spotty wifi coverage. We can access the wifi in the hallways and the restaurant/lobby but not in our rooms.
