This is one of the most well organized and clean places that I have seen internationally. I am very impressed by the mission and the friendliness of the people. I didn't expect the buffet to be that simple and plain; a buffet should have several dishes or at least a dessert after the main meal. The water kind of tasted like it wasn’t mineral water, since it was different from the other day. I'm truly disappointed in everything, most especially in the kind of service and the way people are treated. If they were planning to make up for anything, that should’ve been the area to start with. I just wish the staffs knew how to treat others with genuine kindness and communicate with respect, whether they're students or faculty. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic decency.
My kid lost his prescription glasses during a camp. We called admin the day after the event, to check for lost&found. No glasses were surrendered, but after a while they managed to find the glasses in the middle of the fields. We are a total of 300 persons who stayed in this place. A lot of air conditioning rooms are not functioning well. It was supposed to be for an event with students participating. Their instruction is… the students can go for another round of food if they want to eat and IF there are still food left. But the staff said, “kukuha pa ba tayo sa likod? Ang lalakas nyong kumain e.” Like… there’s a 300 people eating. What d…

We visited Word of Life in the midst of the pandemic, and it is a nice place to bring your kids so they can enjoy the outdoors. Would recommend that you contact the management for advance bookings. – We brought with us our 1 year old daughter and she really loved the place. Surroundings were very clean and ambiance is relaxing. Anyone who loves nature and the outdoors will surely appreciate this place.
