The staff were polite especially the hotel porter and the staff in Suma restaurant. The room was okay. The couch needed more cleaning. Like maybe vaccuum the inner sides cause there were crumbs and dirt. I saw 3 tiny cockroaches. Hotel looks outdated. The outlet for the microwave is loose. You can also smell the sewage from the kitchen sink. TV needs update. You can only watch their cable. No netflix,youtube etc...…
