Small resort with some small huts to sleep in (they call them cottages over there I think). We didn't stay for the night but stayed for half the day and rented a bench under a tent. It's a bit pricey but it helps maintain the area, I'm assuming. You have to clean up after yourself though, which is fine but some don't clean after themselves, making some of it slightly dirty. We rented the Cabana House for 4–5 pax and overall had a nice stay. The resort is commute-friendly with a really good view. Overall, we had a good stay at Zabin Pines. There is direct access to the beach so you don't have to walk a long way. The cabins are spacious so it's good for groups and families. They have a pool in the property which we were able to enjoy because the waves were too strong to swim safely on the beach. We also rented board games. But the cabins need more maintenance and staff could be more attentive to guests' needs…
Good for the price. Rooms are okay. Has self-service common water dispenser. Service in the resto was good. The staff are polite and very courteous. They do seem understaffed though. The staff, especially those at the restaurant, seem tired. Though they remained courteous and accommodating. Has wifi but it wasn't working when we were there. Resort accepts Gcash payment but resto acceps cash only.
Great things about our stay in Zabin: 1. They have a very accommodating staff. Nice room and relaxing pool good for kids and adults. 2. You can bring pets too as long as they have their own cage! 3. Their location is also easy to find and other restaurants are walkable in their area. 4. I love that they put beanbags / chairs near the sea shore, perfect for sight seeing!! 100% recommended!!
My stay was truly exceptional! The rooms were absolutely perfect ✨, and the location couldn't have been better for exploring. The service was quite good overall, making for a pleasant experience. I enjoyed everything about it! 🌴😊 Problem only is the Wifi Service

Extremely disappointed with our stay. We encountered multiple cockroaches in our room upon arrival. To make matters worse, the resort was fully booked and couldn't offer a proper replacement, leaving us to cram into a tiny owner’s cabin.
