Its location within the city is its upside. However, the place has NO WIFI. And the signal within the room is not good. I was not able to read the previous reviews. For a Php 950 deluxe room, it is not worth it. It would be better if you book at the nearby Grand Astoria Hotel instead. The staff at the front desk is not even helpful or courteous. Overall, a bad experience.
Pros: 1. Near Zamboanga Port, SM Mindpro, Ateneo De Zamboanga. 2. Nearby eatery but expensive. Most expensive city in Mindanao. 3. Lowest rate but not value for money. There are more cozy hotels in Manila that have beautiful rooms like Dreamworld Hotel in North EDSA for only 990. 4. Recommended for back packer because there is no elevator. Cons: 1. No elevator. Unfortunately the entire stay is not at all satisfactory as the owner of the hotel is least bothered about the service to the customers. No cleanliness, no room service since two days. Bathroom is pathetic, can compare to public toilets in parks. Not worth 10 $ but they are charging 30$ a night.
A disgrace of a DELUXE room, priced 1200php per night. DELUXE room = NO lift, NO hot water, NO wifi, NO minifridge. Never again.
