Room is spacious, good for its cheap price. Since its beside the main road, its little noisy. Best for travellers since its near the terminals. Dont bother to call they wont answer. Literally, the mini grocery store is their front desk. Just ask the sellers.

A lot of road noise! And the AC doesnt blow cold air, it's basically just a fan, but you can't adjust the fan to blow air on you it just bored to the roof. Convenient. You don't stay for the ambience. But the room & T&B are clean. There is hot water for the shower. The a/c is strong. The ground floor is a store that's open 24 hours.

i had a lot of coacroach in room and they told me is protein i can eat. worse hotel in the philippines. i don't sleeped very noisy also.

Pros: Near victory liner bus terminal, cheaper, great location, near mcdo & jolibee. Cons: Hard to find bcoz no signage, no one know where it is (when we asked the tricycle drivers & bus terminal people), hot & cold shower is not functioning well
